In celebration of the 100th Anniversary of Route 66, artCentral presents Greetings from the Mother Road, a national exhibition featuring artworks inspired by America’s most iconic highway. This juried exhibition invites artists across the country to reflect on the spirit, history, culture, and enduring mythos of Route 66—through painting, photography, mixed media, and beyond.

Eligibility Criteria

Media Accepted: Painting, drawing, printmaking, mixed media.

Eligibility: Open to artists 18+ nationwide.

Artists may submit up to 3 works for jury consideration.

All works must be original, NO AI (NO PRINTS), and created by the submitting artist. 

Ready to hang with wire, no saw tooth

Sizes up to 36” x 48” maximum accepted. Larger works are considered with pre-approval.

If artwork is shipped, it must include a return shipping label. (Artwork will not be returned without the returned shipping label.)
