Art Affaire is a juried fine art and fine craft show held on Main Street in historic Milford, Ohio. We welcome original work by artists and craftspeople in the following categories:

  • Ceramics/clay
  • Digital art
  • Drawing/pastels/colored pencil
  • Fiber art
  • Glass
  • Jewelry
  • Leather
  • Metalwork
  • Mixed media
  • Painting
  • Photography
  • Paper/print making
  • Sculpture
  • Wearable art
  • Wood
  • Other (see medium descriptions)

If you create art in multiple mediums, please note that a separate application and jury fee must be submitted for each medium. At Art Affaire, to simplify judging, we ask you that exhibit primarily in the medium you are accepted in. Note that displaying distinctly different art types may affect a judge’s review of your booth during the awards process. Also, selling items outside of the juried category may disqualify an artist from the awards process and future Art Affaire participation.

*Applications will be reviewed as long as space or category balancing allow. All applications require a $30 jury fee (excluding 2021 award winners - use coupon).

Sharing of booths is permitted only if artists collaborate to produce a cohesive body of work. Spaces are assigned and will measure about 10 feet by 10 feet. Artists provide all set-up and must accommodate storage within assigned booth spaces. No storage on sidewalks or behind booths. No electric services are offered except for approved demonstrations. If you want to demonstrate and require electric, a request must be made with your application. Communication will be via email. Make sure a current email is on file. Send updates to: artaffaire@milfordhistory.net.

Show setup will begin at 7am on Saturday, September 24. There is no Friday/early setup option. In order to provide close event parking for patrons, artists parking will be designated in an offsite lot. A shuttle will transport artists to/from parking during setup/tear down.

Covid 19 mandates will be followed based on the requirements of the governor at the time of the event.

Three to six images.

Open to artists 16 years and older.
