Begin/Again
An Exhibition Celebrating Possibility

June 2 through 25, 2022

Open Mind Art Space, 11631 Santa Monica Boulevard, Los Angeles, California

Coming out of a global pandemic, we have all become keenly aware of time.  We consider notions of the past and present and wonder about the future.  The vernacular has changed to include terms like “normally” or “before times” to reference the past, and “during the pandemic” or “while in quarantine” to reference how we have changed or transitioned over the past two years.  The future is yet to be determined.  The emotional toll of this shared experience has left many with feelings of uncertainty.  "Begin/Again" is an art exhibition that seeks to uplift viewers through work that explores joy and positivity, and hope for the future as we move slowly towards our “new normal.” Juried by artist, gallerist and entrepreneur Alison Limtavemongkol of Open Mind Art Space, Los Angeles.

Open to all California State University Northridge Arts Alumni Members *Alumni should be sure to register with the Arts Alumni Chapter (go to https://www.csun.edu/alumni/chapter/arts scroll down, click join chapter now)
