FEE AGREEMENT

Fees must accompany your application. If you are not accepted, your fees will be refunded. Fees ARE NOT refundable for artists who are accepted but choose not to participate.

BOOTH ASSIGNMENT AGREEMENT

Accepted artists will produce their own booth construction and breakdown during set event set up and tear down times. LeucadiART Walk takes place along North Coast Highway 101, with almost all booths located in the sun. Please plan accordingly and bring ample shade. Booth sharing by two or more artists is not permitted. Artists may state a preference for booth location but are NOT guaranteed a specific spot, regardless of booth assignment in previous years. Accepted artists agree to use booth space assigned to them.

POLICY AGREEMENT

LeucadiART Walk is a community event, meant for all ages. The event committee reserves the right to select, locate, schedule or refuse any art that is not suitable for viewing by all ages. Artists agree to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Encinitas and Leucadia 101 Mainstreet Association from and against all loss, damages or injuries against the City of Encinitas and Leucadia 101 Main Street Association arising from participating in the LeucadiArt Walk to be held on August 28, 2022. Artists and vendors understand that the distribution of polystyrene products, single use plastic bags, plastic water bottles is prohibited at this event (use refillable water stations instead). Artists and vendors agree to minimize the use of individually wrapped products (e.g. ketchup packets, use bottles instead). Artists and vendors agree that all recycling products will be placed in appropriate recycling containers, and vendors will remove all products, debris, etc. and leave nothing behind at the event site.
