EXHIBITION DESCRIPTION
FOCUS CAPTURE INSPIRE
An online-only exhibition.

FOCUS CAPTURE INSPIRE is a follow-up to the 2021 online-only exhibition JOY (This Is Just What I Needed) which has received over 54,000 views on YouTube in addition to the thousands of views of the online catalog on eadgallery.com.  This 2022 online-only exhibition is seeking photography that can inspire its viewer and hopefully leave a lasting impression, whether a smile or some heroic moment.  Any photography the artist considers meets the theme of the exhibition can be submitted.  The photography can be digitally altered, collaged or other medium but must have a photograph as its base material.

The online-only exhibition will open Saturday, October 1, 2022 and officially end on October 31, 2022.  Selected artists will be notified on August 28, 2022.

JUDGING
Entries will be judged by gallery owner, Ed Dixon.  Entries that are deemed to meet the call's description and theme will be accepted into the online exhibition.

Artists with selected entries will be notified on August 28, 2022.

ENTRY FEE
Each artist may submit one artwork for the entry fee of $20.
Only one submission per artist.

ENTRY SPECIFICATIONS
Exhibition is online-only.  Images only.
Images submitted must adhere to CaFÉ submission requirements.

Accepted artwork will be downloaded from the CaFÉ portal or the Edward A. Dixon Gallery may request a higher resolution image if deemed necessary.

COMMISSIONS
The Edward A. Dixon Gallery will receive zero commissions for sale of artwork.  Artists will be asked for a link or contact info that viewers can use to make purchases directly through artist.

Application Requirements

Application must include an image of the photography based work, title, medium type, brief description and any purchase contact information.

Eligibility Criteria

All artists 18 years and older are eligible to enter. The call is open to international artists.
