This one-day event features a comprehensive scope of visual arts and other attractions for Festival visitors. Here are some highlights to expect at the event:
- Local artists to display and sell their art
- FREE exhibitions at two museums
- Food trucks
- Beer Garden
- ATM onsite
All artists MUST complete the application to be considered to participate in the Festival. A jury from the Ontario Museum of History & Art and the Chaffey Community Museum of Art will review each application. The Ontario Festival of the Arts has the sole discretion to advise an artist if the work does not comply with Festival standards. If approved, artists will be notified by a member of the Festival Committee. Invited artists will receive additional vendor requirements for participating in the event at the time of acceptance.
The booth application fee of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) will not be collected until the artist has been accepted for participation in the Festival.
Event highlights for participating artists:
· Low booth fee ($75) that includes a 10’x10’ canopy, one 6-table, and two chairs.
· Artists keep 100% of the sales transactions – the Festival will not take a commission on sales

Application Requirements
One-page artist statement includes full name, address, and contact information.
One-page resume includes full name, address, and contact information.
Upload 3 representative samples of artwork. Before submitting images, save each file name with Lastname_Firstname_Title (example: Doe_Jane_Title_of_Artwork) or (example: Doe_Jane_Untitled).
Art Requirements
All art must be original and made by the artist in attendance.
Limited edition prints signed by the artist are permitted. Mass-produced prints are not permitted.
Functional, decorative, and visual works of art are all permitted.
If functional, the art must show creativity in form or design.
Commercially created items (such as coffee mugs, jewelry, stickers, or clothing) that the artist has merely enhanced are not permitted.
Art of an explicit nature that challenges community standards may be excluded.
Festival organizers reserve the right to ask artists to remove non-conforming items from the booth at any time during the Festival.
Media Categories: 2-Dimensional
Drawing/illustration: work created in graphite, charcoal, colored pencil, or crayon.
Digital art: work for which the original image or the manipulation of other source material was created by the artist using a computer.
Graphics and printmaking: printed works of art for which the artist hand-manipulated the plates, stones, or screens. All works must be signed and numbered as limited editions. Giclèe prints will be permitted if they are accurately identified and signed by the artist.
Mixed media: work that incorporates more than one type of material for production.
Painting: work created in oil, acrylic, watercolor, encaustic, or collage.
Photography: photographic prints made from the artist’s original image and processed by the artists or under the artist’s direct supervision.
Media Categories: 3-Dimensional
Ceramics and pottery: functional or decorative works of clay or porcelain made and signed by the artist. No commercially produced ceramics merely enhanced by the artist are permitted.
Fiber: work including clothing crafted from fibers. No form of mass production is permitted.
Found objects/assemblage: original work created from found objects.
Glass: work handcrafted by the artist. No commercially produced glass merely enhanced by the artist is permitted.
Jewelry: items handcrafted by the artist from any material. No commercially produced jewelry merely enhanced by the artist is permitted.
Leather: items handcrafted by the artist. No commercially produced leather items merely enhanced by the artist are permitted.
Sculpture: original work created from any medium.
Wood: original work that is hand-tooled, turned, or carved. No commercially produced woodwork merely enhanced by the artist is permitted.
Eligibility Criteria
Artist must be a resident of Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, or San Bernardino counties.
Preference for Pomona Valley residents living in Chino, Chino Hills, Claremont, Corona, Fontana, Montclair, Norco, Ontario, Pomona, Rancho Cucamonga, and Upland.
Open to artists 18 years of age or older.
