“It has taken a lifetime to learn how to draw, paint and see.  Years of education, experiences, practice, choices, failures and successes have all contributed to finding my creative self.  I try to trust that it is stored in an intuitive vault allowing me to paint what I feel without conscious reasoning or a pre-conceived final result.  I react to the painting process with excitement and anticipation of inevitable challenges and surprises that I could never have foreseen beforehand and I am always a little saddened when the process of creation comes to an end.”

As jurying for this show is a blind process, the juror is not given any identifying information about the artists, and makes all decisions solely upon the merits of each work itself.  Any artist who submits work with blatant identifying information or attempts to contact the juror about their entry or for any reason will be deemed ineligible to participate and their submission(s) withdrawn from the entry process.

Refunds will not be granted to applicants who do not meet the requirements set forth in this agreement.

Entry Conditions:

Each entry is allowed ONE image OR video file.  If the artist wishes to supply more than one view of a 3D work, please create and submit a composite image showing more than one view. (or submit a short video file showing all sides of the work.)

Work not display-ready, has scratched or damaged framing, or is dirty or marked will be refused entry into the show.

Jurying/Awards:
All entries will be juried into the show from digital images.
All awards will be judged from the original works of art.

NOTIFICATION of Invited or Not-Invited Status:
While official notification will be sent via e-mail from Call for Entry (CaFE),  acceptance or rejection status (invited or not-invited status) of artwork can also be viewed online on your account at  www.callforentry.org
It the responsibility of the artist to make sure to add CaFE to your email contacts, to make sure your own email account matches the one used in your CaFE account and to check your listed email and CaFE account for status.

Changes to Entries:
Artists may NOT substitute another work for an accepted work, alter an accepted work, or change the sales price after it has been entered or accepted. Once finalized, entries inside of CaFE cannot be changed, so please make sure all information is correct.
However, small adjustments, such as inaccurate dimensions, or incorrect category, should be reported to the Show Committee.
Work submitted in the wrong category will be moved to the correct category at the show committee’s discretion.

Withdrawal of entries by Artist:
The artist may request that their work be withdrawn but no refund of the application fee will be granted.
