Texas Society of Sculptors Tent at Round Rock Chalkwalk

The Texas Society of Sculptors have an incredible opportunity to show and sale their work at the Round Rock Chalkwalk, the weekend of October 7-8th.   The Chalkwalk will be located at the Dell Diamond parking lot located in Round Rock with past events attracting more than 60,000 patrons.  The tent is 50’ x 20’ and will have limited room for 10 sculptors to show.  This is a juried show with the benefits of having an exciting and highly anticipated two-day Fall engagement, sponsored by several Texas corporations and the City of Round Rock Arts and Culture. No commission on sales will be applied for this event!

Submit Application and Images:
• Entry Dates and Deadlines:  September 1st – September 25th, 2022
• Entry fee $35 
• Acceptance Notification by October 1st, 2022

Policies, Procedures, and General Information:
• 50’ x 20’ white tent, Vendor tent 61 - 70
• Vendors are in the other 7 tents.  Tents will have 10 artists/vendors in each tent.  See map attached.
• The hours will be Friday, October 7th from 2pm – 9pm and Saturday, October 8th from 9am – 7pm.
• Open to sculptors exhibiting in a permanent medium.
• Sculptors handle all sales and sales taxes with their customers.
• If artist is not a TSOS member, and invited to the festival, they will need to become a member for $40
• Juried show
• No commission on sales
• No tables, chairs, or pedestals will be provided.  Guidelines for tent layout are below and on website.

Load-in for all Artists Vendors/Vendors (Load in hours are strictly enforced.)
Friday, October 7: 9:00 am to 1:30 pm - Open for business by 1:45 pm.
Last minute setup/emergencies occur on Saturday, October 8: 8:00 am to 8:45 am. All Vendors will be open for business by 9:00 am.
Artist Vendors/Vendors are required to stay for the duration of the festival, as well as setup and breakdown within the allotted times. Early pack-up is not permitted.

Layout and Location  
All Artists Vendors/Vendors will be located under tents and on pavement (excluding food trucks/trailers/booths) at the Northwest Parking area at Dell Diamond. Each big tent will have 10 vendors divided evenly in 10’ x 10’ spots. No tables nor chairs will be provided. Booths are to be decorated and professionally displayed for visitors during the festival with product balance, uniqueness and appeal of booth and attractiveness of display.

3-5 images representing work from last 3 years

Eligibility Criteria

All current members of TSOS, as well as, any artist/sculptor who would be inclined to represent TSOS.
