Only artists displaying their own original work are eligible to participate in the Palestine ArtTracks Sculpture Show. Please note that this is an art event, with the only commercial focus being individual display of work by artists. All sculptures are subject to committee inspection and approval. ArtTracks is a family friendly event in public view. Art containing explicit language, violence, or anything of a questionable nature will not be accepted, even up to the time of delivery. All decisions are at the discretion of the ArtTracks Committee with consideration of community values. I consent to enforcement of all rules relating to the Palestine Art Tracks Sculpture Show. 

Notes and Info: 

1. Fee per entry: $35.00
2. All art will be accepted and displayed at the discretion of the Palestine ArtTracks Sculpture Show. The Dogwood Arts Council, Inc committee reserves the right to require removal of any piece at any time if they do not meet ArtTracks Guidelines.
3. Artists are responsible for transportation and installation of art at the assigned location with the guidance of the Dogwood Arts Council Representative Greg Gunnels at 903-922-1499.
4. Prior to installation, artists must contact show curator, Greg Gunnels with notification of arrival and to receive updates on their locations. Please do not begin installation prior to confirmation with Greg Gunnels.
5. Artists (or artists representatives) must stay with the artwork at all times during installation. Failure to do so will disqualify artists from future participation in ArtTracks.
6. Artists are permitted to set up by appointment (TBD) after space assignment is selected. All work must be installed by (TBD).
7. All sales for pieces in the show will be handled through the Dogwood Arts Committee. A 20% commission will be applicable on all sales. Payment will be issued via DAC check after the buyer's form of payment is processed. Sales tax is the sole responsibility of the artist.
8. When a piece sells, a comparable placement piece must be installed. Otherwise, the piece cannot be removed until the end of the agreed term. All replacement pieces must be approved by Dogwood Arts Council Committee. No additional stipend will be offered for replacement pieces.

REPRESENTATIVES, VOLUNTEERS, VISITORS, PARTICIPANTS, HEIRS AND ASSIGNS (COLLECTIVELY ALL REFERRED TO AS "THE PARTIES") FROM ANY LOSS, DAMAGE OR INJURY, INCLUDING DEATH, RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION OF ABOVE ENTRY IN THIS EVENT. 

HOWEVER, NOTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE CONSTRUED  AS OBLIGATING ARTIST TO IDENMIFY "THE PARTIES" FOR THE NEGLIGENCE OR ACTIONS OF "THE PARTIES" WHOM ARTIST HAS NO RIGHT OF CONTROL. 

THE ARTIST'S IDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATION PROVIDED HERE SHALL SURVED THE EXPIRATION OR TERMININATION OF THIS AGREEMENT.
