The annual Your Place at the Table exhibition was created to provide an opportunity for marginalized artists to engage our audience in conversations on identity, representation, validation and history. Now in its third year, we are seeking works that offer empowering interpretations of the word/theme: Rooted.
Your Place at the Table III is open to any living artist, however our goal is to amplify the voices of artists who identify as BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) who are often overlooked or met with more barriers to entry within the art world.
This visual art exhibition will be held at 311 Gallery in Downtown Raleigh, North Carolina during the month of January, 2023. This is not a digital exhibition, work accepted will need to be shipped/hand delivered to the gallery.
311 Gallery is a Black Woman-Owned Business. If you decide to send us unprofessional/threatening emails you are agreeing to have the email become a part of the exhibit and shared publicly.
