Application Requirements

  1. No artwork should be mailed to us.  Please use this Call for Entry portal to submit.
  2. Size no larger than 24" x 36" and no smaller than 5" x 8"
  3. The longer edge of the image must be not more that 1500px.  For example 1500px by 1500px square, 800px by 1500px landscape, 1500px by 800px portrait.
  4. The artwork must have at least 72 dpi resolution
  5. The artwork must not be watermarked.
  6. The images must not include a frame.
  7. Accepted file types: .jpg, .jpeg and .png
  8. Monetary awards will be given out as prizes.
  9. Prize money will be mailed to you.  Please include your post office, address and telephone number.
  10. Any submissions not meeting these criteria will be automatically discarded.
  11. The list of awards will be published. The David Latin Williams Foundation award is $250.  Second prize is $150. Third prize is $100. There will be two Honorable Mentions of $50 each.
  12. All winners and honorable mentions will be displayed.
  13. All entrants will have at least one work displayed if the artwork is accepted by the juror.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. This will be an online exhibition at The Ida and we are seeking creative artists who do original works on paper not done in any class or with any instructor within the last three years.
  2. Artists must be at least 18 years of age.
