Woodinville Arts Alliance invites regional artists creating giftable art and/or luxury handmade goods to participate in our Mother’s Day Gift Giving - Spring Juried Art Show All Call. This event will inspire shoppers looking for that perfect gift for a loved one (or for themselves) among regional artisans. This event will take place on April 15 and 16, 2023, 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm, in Woodinville’s famous wine country at the Sky River Mead tasting room. 

Artists must be a member of the Woodinville Arts Alliance to participate in this show. All invited artists must be current on their dues prior to the show.

Space for the exhibition will be strictly limited in this show. Each artist must contain their work within a 4’ x 4’ area.

Application fee: $30 non-refundable application fee. 

Image submission: Submit 3-5 images of products with price points that constitute an accurate sample of work, and one image of booth display

Mediums: This is a juried show; submissions are evaluated based on creativity, originality, technique, and presentation. A spectrum of art will be accepted.

 Categories include (but are not limited to): 

- Small & Medium sized wall-hung art

- Jewelry 

- Small & Medium luxury home décor goods (i.e., soaps, ceramics, candles)

- Wooden, floral and stone sculpture
 

All works must be original and created by the applying artist. The exhibited works must be original and handmade. Artists may show work only for which they were juried and accepted. Artists must be present in person for the entire show. Images submitted for jurying must represent the works on display at the show. 

Set-up location and positioning are at the discretion of the curation team to accommodate all invited artists.

There is no commission or booth fee required for this show. However, a donation of one item for the raffle basket is required.

All art must be available for purchase and all art must be tagged with pricing.

Artists may show work only for which they were juried and accepted. 

Artists must be present in person for the entire show.

Artists are responsible for bringing their display set up, including tables, seating, lighting, tablecloths, power cords, Point of Sale (POS) systems, packaging, and marketing collateral.

Artists are responsible for bringing their lighting and extension cords but note that power outlets may be limited. Thus, we recommend artists bring set-ups that do not require a lot of lighting. 


We recommend all invited Artists bring their own mobile hotspot for POS internet connection.

Details for load-in & load-out times, preparation needs, etc. will be distributed 2-3 weeks before the event date.


Invited artists have the opportunity to rent panel displays from WAA for the following rates on a first come first serve basis:

White metal grids are 2ft wide, 6 ft tall at $5 each.

Fabric panels are 7ft tall, 32 inches wide at $10 each.
