Frequently asked questions:

Who sets the price of my artwork? You do!

Can I change the price after submission? No. Please price carefully when completing your submission. Carefully consider the cost of shipment (if any) and the fact that the gallery will take a 50% commission on all pieces sold. We want you to net an amount commensurate with the quality of your work. Price accordingly!

Can I refuse an offer to purchase? No, all accepted pieces must be for sale.

Will the gallery negotiate a discounted price with a potential buyer? Only with your permission, unless the gallery is deducting the discounted amount from their commission.

Can I substitute an invited work for another piece? No, the invitation is for a specific piece. No substitutions allowed.

Do I need to ship my work in an art shipping box such as an “AirFloat” type box? No, but they are highly recommended because of the protection they provide for your artwork and the ease of processing a returned piece. There will be a $15 handling fee for return shipments, but that fee is waived if you send your work in an Airfloat-type device.
