The Town of Monument now manages the ArtSites program, formerly managed by Tri-Lakes Views. This spring, the Town of Monument is relaunching its annual ArtSites call to artists for approximately 11 outdoor sculptures to be located on pedestals throughout the Monument area.  The pieces will be displayed for one year. Selected artists will be awarded a $500 stipend for each selected piece. 

New as of 2022 is a partnership with Otocast; a phone app that can be downloaded at no cost.  Otocast has prepared an audio driving and walking tour of the outdoor public art in the TriLakes area.  QR codes will bring up individual pieces with audio descriptions recorded by the artists.

Selected art will be insured by the Town of Monument.

Application Requirements

1-3 digital photographs per sculpture.  A short description of the dimensions of the piece and requirements for installing on a pedestal or other base. Base dimensions should not exceed 18".  Multiple entries per artist are welcome.

Eligibility Criteria

ArtSites does not have eligibility requirements.
