The Society of American Graphic Artists (SAGA) is happy to announce its 2nd Annual Mini Gems Print Exhibition. Due to the success of our 1st Mini Gems, we are able to increase capacity by 50% this year. Hundreds of miniature prints will be exhibited in SAGA Gallery, located in Union Square, New York City, and will run on September 8, 9, 15, 16, 22, 23, and by appointment during September 2023.

Application Requirements
Print Specifications
Artists are eligible to submit up to 2 original prints. SAGA will provide matting for all work. All mats are white and measure 9”x 9” with a 5”x 5” opening. Please make sure that your image fits within the 5” x 5” window and that your prints are completely dry before mailing them. Prints that do not meet all the following requirements will be disqualified:
- Prints must be unmatted
- All prints must be for sale
- Paper size must measure 8” x 8”
- The print must have a label on the back identifying: Name of the artist, email address, title of print, medium, and price
- Prints must be original and handmade, titled, numbered, and signed

This exhibit is open to active members of SAGA and all printmakers residing and working in the USA. To renew your membership or become a member of SAGA, please visit our website sagaprints.com
Active members of SAGA will be guaranteed at least one work and may submit up to two works for consideration. Non Members may submit up to two works for juried consideration. All work that is invited to be in the 2nd Annual Mini Gems Print Show will be eligible for awards.
Juror: Kimberly Henrikson
Kimberly Henrikson serves as the Executive Director at the Center for Contemporary Printmaking (CCP), a 27-year-old non-profit print organization in Norwalk CT with programming areas that include a regular schedule of exhibitions, instructional workshops, an artist-in-residence program, artist studio rental space, and edition printing for artists. For more than 12 years, Kimberly has been involved with the Print Club of New York, a membership group of print collectors in the New York City area; she is now in her eighth year as President of the organization.
Awards
All awards will be selected at the discretion of the judge and announced at the opening of the show. Cash awards will be selected for:
Best in Show - $500
2nd Place - $200
3rd Place - $100
Four Honorable Mentions - $50 each
Shipping Prints to SAGA Gallery
All work must be shipped via USPS in a Priority Mail sturdy envelope or in similarly rigid envelopes via UPS or FedEx. Your packing will not be returned. Damaged works will not be juried so make sure that you pack your prints well. SAGA is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage during shipment.

Return Shipping of Prints: Unsold work will be returned at the end of the exhibition via USPS.
Sales
SAGA Gallery retains a 30% commission on all works sold
SAGA will share the artist’s contact information with buyers upon request, in case they are interested in buying a copy of sold work. Please check the box if you prefer not to share your contact information.
Payments for sold prints will be sent in October
