Exhibit and publish your surreal art to revolutionize visitors imagination

Gallerium proudly presents Unreal 2023, a dual juried exhibition and publication art opportunity

Started in early 1920 in Paris, Surrealism became one of the most influential art movements around the world. Surrealism uses innovative techniques and irrational visual forms derived from dreams and the mind’s unconscious processes in order to present a world beyond known reality.

Some believe that surrealists are inspired by Freud’s theories and seek to overthrow dictated rationalism of modern society through accessing the superior reality of the subconscious and unconscious world of dreams and nightmares with an uncanny fusion of materials and objects.

As a free form of artistic expression, surreal works are a gateway to the unknown, where the ordinary rules and familiar world fade in order to pave the way for a world of dreams, fantasy, and irrational imaginations.

Express your artistic talent, and share your surreal world to unlock people’s minds and show them a unique experience of the unseen and unknown through the fantastic world of art.

The subject is free as surreal work includes a vast range of art from abstract to hyper-realism inspired by the world beyond the ordinary.

Artists working in any 2D and 3D medium from anywhere in the world are invited to join this unique opportunity.

The submission is free of charge, and a small fixed selection fee applies to selected artists only.
