Bitfactory Gallery is pleased to announce a national call for entries for the An Eye not Told what to See, Sees More… exhibition to be held September 29 - October 12, 2023.

A quote from Prof. Jake Berthot “…an eye not told what to see, see more…” while viewing art in the jurors studio has given birth to this call for entries. Show us what this quote means to you. We are really looking for how the artist interprets the phrase, idea, concept of “An eye not told what to see, sees more”. Whether you interpret it through your work. Literally or figuratively. The statement about your work. If it refers to classical art training or not. How a viewer or what a viewer sees in your work, etc. The interpretation is completely up to you, the artist.
