Evendale Cultural Arts is pleased to announce the 2023 Evendale Juried Photography Exhibition. Up to eighty juror-selected photographs will vie for cash awards in this year’s show bringing together professional and amateur fine art photographers. Photographers are invited to submit work for possible inclusion in the exhibition. All subject matter and photographic processes are welcome. As this is held by a family-friendly cultural arts center, artwork will be evaluated for appropriateness. Student category is considered any student under the age of 18 currently enrolled in school.

The annual Evendale Juried Photography Exhibit is made up of at least 75 photographs which are reproduced on a large format board for exhibition outdoors.

DEADLINE TO APPLY IS: SEPTEMBER 8, 2023

Exhibit held October 1-November 30, 2023 on the grounds of the Evendale Cultural Arts Center, 10428 Reading Rd. Cincinnati, OH 45241.

ECAC will reproduce all accepted photographs on weather-resistant substrates and install accepted artworks throughout the Village of Evendale municipal complex.  Winners will be announced on the first day of the exhibition. Over $1000 in cash prizes will be awarded for Best in Show (for whom ECAC will also host a solo exhibition), second and third place, and honorable mention.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Photographers (professional and amateur 18 years or older living within a 50-mile radius of Evendale) are eligible to submit digital photographs or film photographs. As this is held in a family-friendly cultural arts center, artwork will be evaluated for appropriateness. Student category is considered any student under the age of 18 currently enrolled in school.

Juror for the exhibition will be announced soon.  

The decision of the judge is final and binding. A Best in Show, 2nd place, 3rd place, and honorable mentions will be chosen from all selected exhibition entries.
