Open Studio Tour artists may submit one piece of artwork for the Open Studio exhibition at no additional cost. Due to gallery space limitations works may not be larger than 30" wide and the number of pieces accepted will be capped.  There will be a separate application emailed at a later date to all OST artists for submission to the OST Exhibition. Studio Tour artists will be contacted with further details on how to enter the Studio Tour Exhibition.

Catalog proofs will be provided to artists via email for review prior to printing. It is assumed that all information is correct if the artist does not respond to proof by the deadline.

Any changes to the studio location or artist's availability after the catalog is printed will be published on the TCA website.  Please communicate any changes to the TCA staff so that we can provide accurate information to visitors.

By applying to the studio tour, the artist agrees to release the use of any image of themselves and their art in relation to the event, as a permanent record of the event and for promotional use relating to the tour and the art center. The applicant agrees to all terms listed in the application/prospectus.
