AGREEMENT: The application, including all examples of work and supporting documents are considered the artist’s official “submission”. If any information submitted by the artist or artist's representative, including all supporting documents, is found fraudulent the submission will be disqualified. Entries not meeting the criteria listed herein will be disqualified, and the entry fee will not be refunded.

By submitting artwork to appear at Memento Mori Gallery & Tattoo (“the Gallery”), artist agrees for their artwork to be displayed physically in the gallery for the entire duration of the show. Artwork must be for sale with 40% going to the gallery, and cannot be sold outside the Gallery during the duration of the show. 

Liability
The Gallery does not provide insurance for art or equipment and is not responsible for loss due to damage or theft. If desired, insurance must be provided by the artist. Therefore, works are entered at the artist's own risk. The Gallery will take precautions to protect the premises and artwork. Artwork will be handled with reasonable care. The artist releases from liability the Gallery, its owner, employees, and members.

Publicity
The Gallery reserves the right to photograph, film, or use any of the works for publicity purposes. The Gallery may use photographs or videos of accepted artworks, installations or social gatherings for publicity. Images of accepted entries may be used by the Gallery for printed materials, website, and social media publicity. All copyrights for the artwork are retained by the artist. The artist waives any claim, including any claim for invasion of the right of privacy of copyright, against the Gallery, its owner, employees, and members.
