Transmission Gallery invites submission of small-scale artworks for exhibition in Oakland, California, April 25 – June 8, 2024. 3D artwork up to 7 inches wide x 7 inches deep x 8 inches high. Wall pieces up to 7 inches high x 7 inches wide. Accepted artwork must be for sale and may be priced up to $900. Please note, accepted work must either be sent by UPS to a special mailing address or hand delivered to the Gallery.
Entries and Fees: Entry fee is $35 for up to 4 pieces/images. If submitting detail shots, please label them as such. Payment is made through CaFÉ via credit card. Fees are non-refundable. There is no guarantee of acceptance into the exhibit.

Delivery of Artwork:
By UPS: Must arrive by Wednesday, April 17th to a separate mailing address. Pieces sent by UPS must include a prepaid return shipping label. Mailing address and shipping instructions provided upon acceptance to the exhibition. Please do not mail any artwork to the gallery address.
In-person delivery to the gallery in Oakland: Sunday, April 21st, or Monday, April 22nd, between 11am and 3pm
Exhibition Dates: April 25 – June 8, 2024
Opening Reception: Saturday, April 27, 1-4 pm
Artwork Pickup: Sunday, June 9th, or Monday, June 10th between 11am and 3 pm. Artwork sent by UPS will be returned within 2 weeks.
Application Requirements
Artists nationwide are invited to participate.
Work must be original to the submitting artist, ready to display, and must meet the size specifications. 3D artwork may not exceed 7 inches wide x 7 inches deep x 8 inches high. Wall pieces may not exceed 7 inches high x 7 inches wide and must be properly prepared for hanging.
Artists are welcome to provide a statement, although it is not a requirement.
Delivery of Artwork:
By UPS: Artwork must arrive by Wednesday, April 17th to a separate mailing address. Must be shipped with a prepaid return shipping label. Mailing address and shipping instructions provided upon acceptance. Please do not mail any artwork to the gallery address.

Artwork pickup/return: At end of exhibition, unsold work that was delivered in person must be picked up from the Gallery on Sunday, June 7th, or Monday, June 8th, between 11am and 3 pm. Work sent by UPS with a prepaid return label will be shipped back within two weeks.
Accepted artwork must be for sale at the price listed in the submission and must be priced less than $900. Transmission Gallery will retain a 50% commission of sold artwork. Artist's Commissions will be paid 30 days after the close of show.
