By entering this exhibition, the artist confirms that they are age 18+ and have agreed to comply fully with all terms and conditions set forth in the 2024 KPM Rules of Entry including and not limited to the following.

Entry must be:

• Entirely the submitting artist's original painting/work of art
• 80% or more of the painting/visible painted image must be acrylic paint
• Finished/framed size is 40 inches or less (approx.1 meter) in widest height or width
• Was not created under workshop instruction
• Is not derivative of images by any other creator or AI generated
• Was created since January 1, 2022

Insurance Value/NFS (Not for Sale) OR For Sale $(Price) must be entered for each entry. Entries do not have to be for sale. Values & Prices cannot be changed after entry. KPM retains a gallery sales commission of 35%. 

Accepted paintings must be: 

• The Artist's juried CaFÉ entry which cannot be altered or substituted after selection
• Prepared for exhibition following KPM instructions sent to selected Artists
• Complete and ready to hang, framed or unframed
• Less than 25lb (12kg)
• Glazed if needed with framing acrylic (NO glass)
• Shipped in a cardboard art box
• Sent with a pre-paid return shipping label in the box AND a Handling Fee payable by check to Kenosha Public Museum (per shipping instructions)
• Received at KPM between July 11 and July 17, 2024

Received Paintings that don't meet Entry Rules will be returned immediately and replaced from Juror's chosen Alternates.

Paintings must remain on display through dates of exhibition and ship during scheduled windows, except in unexpected circumstances.

Application Requirements

• Entry and Fees must be submitted online at Call for Entry and are not refundable.
• Image files must be jpeg/jpg format, maximum 5 MB, 1200 pixels on the longest side, resolution 72 ppi/dpi
• Entry Fees are $35 for 1 entry, $5 each additional entry (5 total).
• Accepted artists also pay shipping costs plus a handling fee ($35 OR $20 per shipping instructions).
• Accepted entries must be delivered, exhibited and returned according to KPM schedule and instructions.
• Paintings must remain on display through dates of exhibition.

Eligibility Criteria

International exhibition open to all adult artists painting in acrylic. Artists must be age 18+ and paintings meet KPM Entry Rules.
