Sales will be handled by ALL. A 20% commission fee will be retained by the Art League of Leland (ALL) on all sales. Taxes will be collected and paid by ALL.

Those wishing to enter in more than one category will need to submit a separate application with images under a separate CaFE account and pay a separate fee.

2D Photography: including Traditional Fine Art Photography and Digital Conceptual Photography are allowed. Photography can be printed on traditional paper, metal or canvas.

Artwork must be for sale.

Artwork including the frame may not exceed 36” in width or 50” in height. It is recommended that you consider a variety of sizes for the work you submit, as space is limited and submitting all large pieces may limit the number of pieces accepted into the show.

We encourage artists to submit fresh new work that has not been shown previously at the It's ALL Art annual exhibition.

Each artist may submit up to 4 pieces of original artwork for consideration by the juror. 3D artists may submit two images of each of four pieces to show multiple perspectives of the art work up to a total of 8 images (3D only)

A complete, final listing of 2D bin art and additional 3D "bin art" pieces must be submitted by May 8, 2024. A link will be sent for an inventory form upon acceptance into the exhibition.

Bin work will not be part of judging. Images do not need to be submitted for bin work.

2D ART WORK:

2D artists may submit 4 pieces of original artwork for consideration and jury award selection.

All 2D artwork must be professionally presented: framed or gallery wrapped. Gallery wrapped edges must be painted with the continuing image or with a fresh coat of gesso.

All 2-D art must have wire and be ready to hang on freestanding display panels. No eye rings or sawtooth hangers. The wire has to be short enough that it will not show when displayed. It also needs to have enough slack that it can be hung easily.

2D artwork will be hung by the ALL installation committee. The utmost care and professionalism will be taken to ensure the safe handling of artwork. Remember: Include the frame in your measurements.

2D BIN ART:

Limit one bin per artist.

Bin art may include original 2D work and/or reproductions and must be labeled as such. Labels should be on the top right of the protective wrapping. Additional removable labels will be provided by ALL for sales purposes.

Each bin may contain a maximum of 15 pieces per category. Work must be contained within the bin and allow for easy access to the viewer. For example, a 1” thick canvas may necessitate a reduced number of pieces. Artwork will be removed from overcrowded bins to avoid damage.

2D art needs to be in a 24” wide (medium sized), black canvas floor bin provided by the artist for consistent display.

A name holder with a pocket for business cards will be provided by ALL for use at the exhibition.

2D bin artwork must be backed with foam core or mat board and protected by shrink-wrap or acetate bag.

3-D ART WORK:

3D artists may submit 4 pieces of original artwork for consideration and jury award selection. 3D artists may submit two images of each of 4 pieces to provide multiple views, for a total of 8 images.

Pottery must be hand-built or thrown. Pieces made from ceramic molds will not be accepted.

Upon acceptance, 3D artists will have the opportunity to add an additional 15 pieces for sale (bin art). These will be displayed on 8’ x 30” tables covered with black tablecloths. Some work may be required to be held under the table and placed out when sales occur to keep the display from being overcrowded. A designated Exhibition Ambassador will keep an eye on sales and displays.

Depending on the number of 3D artists and pieces accepted into the exhibition, table space may need to be shared and pieces limited for display at one time.

Winning 3D pieces will be displayed on the main floor on pedestals.

Artists are requested to provide protective wrapping for their pieces (bubble wrap or paper) under the table to protect sold pieces for the buyer. Our show ambassadors will pull wrappings as needed for sales and replace work as pieces are sold.
