Since 2022, Sedona Arts Center has determined an overarching theme for each year’s exhibits and programs. This helps provide cohesion and a through-line for the year. For 2024-2025, the theme will be Elements.  

Some of the exhibits that will be included in this year’s line up will tie in an Element of Diversity, an Element of Sport, an Element of Celebration, etc.  You are invited to interpret our theme any way you choose.  But please provide an explanation of your piece and how it connects to our Elements theme.

The Small Works exhibition that will run from December 6-22 is our Element of Celebration!  This show’s intention is to make art more accessible to first time buyers, holiday shoppers and seasoned collectors, alike.

Any theme or style accepted. The show will feature a wide array of media including oils, acrylics, pastels, watercolor, printmaking, photography, fiber arts, mixed media, digital, collage, assemblage, ceramics and sculpture.

• Work must be 12 inches or less in all directions (including frame),
• ALL Artwork must be for sale
• Original artwork only.

DEADLINE for Submission: November 1, 2024. 

Notifications sent by November 8, 2024.

Work being shipped must be received by November 29, 2024 

Opening Reception: December 6, 2024, 4-6pm

Sale Splits:  60% / 40%: Artist/Sedona Arts Center 

Application Requirements

Image Format:  Each artist can submit up to three (3) different pieces for consideration in JPEG format with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.

Images should include the title of the piece in the file name. In addition, please list the title, dimensions, medium and price of your pieces on the Entry Form.  All works must be for sale. Submitted images must not include matting or frame.  Crop the photos to include only the artwork. 

List art work sizes up to the nearest inch--do not include frame.  For this show--Works can be no larger than in 12 inches any direction and that includes the frame.  We will begin accepting entries in June 2024.  

Eligibility Criteria

Emerging to professional artists, 18 years and older can apply. Artwork must be made within the last 3 years and cannot have been on display in any other Sedona Arts Center Exhibition.
