TKOart launched in 1995, selling historic and fine art to the entertainment industry in Los Angeles and New York. TKO’s focus is on showcasing and acquiring new works by emerging and contemporary artists from around the globe. TKOart offers exceptional works on canvas, paper, panel and metal by today’s finest emerging and contemporary artists.

The Brewery Artwalk & Open Studios is a distinguished event where more than one hundred artists open their studios to the public. Throughout the weekend people have the opportunity to engage with painters, photographers, sculptors, jewelry designers, and other creative professionals in a dynamic and immersive environment. This is a wonderful opportunity to purchase artwork directly from some of today's most talented artists. We would like to open our gallery to outside artists so they can be a part of this exciting weekend. Thousands of people attend each Artwalk weekend so don't miss this opportunity to be a part of this amazing event.

Application Requirements

Please submit 3 images, in JPG format, you may submit 2 additional images, 5 total, for an additional fee. 

Accepted media: 2D & 3D artwork. Only original artwork created by the artist applying. All mediums.

Installation Specifications: All artwork selected must be ready to hang. If your medium is paper it must be framed/mounted. All hanging artwork must have wire and hanging hardware suitable for the size and weight of the piece. If your piece is complex, provide instructions/photos on exactly how you want it to be presented. We reserve the right not to hang artwork prepared in a way that risks being damaged during installation (due to weight, or fragility, or not prepared to hang).

Promotion of Group Show: TKOart will promote this event extensively via our contacts, newsletters and social media. We will provide graphics for you to use for your own promotions on social media, etc.

Submissions: Open to all mediums. Entries must be original and of the artist’s own execution. Feel free to submit a variety of sizes. Must be 18 or older. All art must be created by the artist who is submitting within the past 2 years. If the art submitted is from a group/collective please clarify in the artist statement. All art must be for sale.

Sales: TKOart will maintain a gallery commission of 50% on all sales.

Delivery and Pickup: If your work is selected you will need to deliver it to the Brewery Arts Complex on September 26th and 27th. Pick up will happen after Artwalk on October 8th & 9th. (address will be provided after jury notification)

Eligibility Criteria

Local artists in Los Angeles, Orange County, and surrounding areas are welcome to apply in all mediums and styles. We will only accept delivered artwork, we will not accept any shipments of art and we will not ship any art back to artists.
