Adria Polletta
Chilmark Design & Millwork
Adria is a true native of the craft of design, having been raised by parents who worked as interior designers, architects, artists, and master woodworkers. She followed her parents’ footsteps. She founded Chilmark over twenty years ago to express her personality through design. Its sustainability and growth is a testament to her abilities. Adria is an intuitive designer, always seeking to bring together the elements of interior design to create spaces that reflect the needs of each client while remaining emblematic to her sense of style and at times even creating one-of-a-kind paintings herself for clients.
Incorporating her passion for furniture design and its’ execution, her design philosophy features the use of color, texture, scale, and form to highlight the architecture of a space while incorporating the client’s personality. Using art in the same way as the final touch or jumping-off point for a project – it is the jewelry of a project.
Adria was raised in Worcester, Massachusetts. She graduated from the College of Charleston and completed graduate-level work at the Boston Architectural College. She has designed home interiors throughout New England and in New York City and her work has been extensively recognized in various publications, including New England Home, Boston Home, and Modern Luxury Interiors.
