BOUNDLESS - Florida's Creative Resilience Exhibition on behalf of the No More Starving Artists Foundation (NMSAF) is proud to present this year’s exhibition for visual arts that exhibit unique and individual artistic talent from the state of Florida. The show will be taking place at the Palm Beach Art, Antique and Design Showroom. This is a showroom where national and international high-end collectors and interior designers often acquire their fine art and antiques.

The NMSAF is a 501 (c)3 that’s mission is to help primarily Palm Beach County (but not exclusively), artists be sustainable personally and professionally by providing opportunities and services.

*If submission fee is being paid by check or money order, payment must be received before application is reviewed. 

  • ·         Once accepted as a participating artist, there is an additional $50 exhibition fee.
  • ·         Information will be emailed to the accepted artists after the call is complete.

Artwork eligibility: Paintings, drawings, photography, collage, sculptures, installations, mixed media (hand created), jewelry are all eligible.

Note: ABSOLUTELY NO DIGITAL ART OF ANY KIND (with the exception of photography). Digital reproductions, giclées or prints will not be accepted in this exhibition.

Original work only created by the artist submitting. If work is created as a collaboration with another artist who did not submit to the call, the collaborating artist must submit a letter of approval.

Jewelry will ONLY be accepted if the artist is providing his or her own unique way to display.

2D artists can submit a MAXIMUM of THREE different images.

3D artist can submit a MAXIMUM OF THREE CONCEPTS HOWEVER can show a different angle of the same subject using the video option. (Note: there is an option for videos to show detail of your sculpture. No music, voices nor names can be listed only the sculpture) The venue nor ATB will not be providing pedestals. The artist provided pedestal for the display must be white and in pristine condition.

If the artist has exhibited with any ATB exhibitions from 2011-2023, please do not re-submit the same work. Any previous work submitted will be disqualified.

Commission: 60/40 split. Artists will receive 60% of the net proceeds of the sale, and the coordinators will receive 40% of the net proceeds of any sale of artwork which will be split with NMSAF.

Prize: Artists participating in BOUNDLESS will be eligible to win cash awards in one of four categories.

Please provide only the artist statement in the artist statement area. Do not add a bio nor a resume in that section. The application will be disqualified.

*What is an artist statement?

An artist's statement (or artist statement) is an artist's written description of their work either overall or the specific pieces. The brief verbal representation is for, and in support of, their own work to give the viewer understanding. Not the artist’s bio or resume.

Images of your work cannot have  a watermark, or anything that will be distracting to the judging process. If any of this is in the images provided, your application will be considered incomplete.

 All submissions should have the following information per image.

  • ·         Title
  • ·         Medium
  • ·         Dimensions
  • ·         Gallery Retail Price (This is the dollar amount including the gallery’s percentage)

*Please note that this is the final pricing. Once approved no price changes can be made. Please be decisive on pricing. 

All artworks must be for sale and must have a minimum price of $1500, unless it is a series meant to be sold together but can be sold separately. (Example: A quadtych series for $375 each or $1500 for the series.) Maximum price cap is $15000 with the exception of series or installations that can be sold separately. (Example: Installation valued at $15000 but each piece sold separately is $1500 each.)

Jewelry must have a minimum price of $500 unless it is a series meant to be sold together but can be sold separately. Gems such as diamonds, rubies, sapphires, and emeralds are now accepted. Jewelry must be 100% crafted by the jewelry artist. If your jewelry is accepted, you will be responsible for your own displays. 

Maximum dimensions for 2D work is 3’x3’ (36”x36”) NO WIDER than 36" Length can be longer

Maximum dimensions for 3D work is Open. Will be determined by the jurors. Artists will be responsible for placement on the floor.

As stated above, once accepted as a participating artist, there is an additional $50 exhibition fee. Information will be emailed to the accepted artists. These fees goes toward the artists awards. 

If the submitted artwork becomes unavailable, the artist must contact the coordinators immediately. No replacement will be accepted. No refund will be given.

Artist agrees to provide quality and tasteful work that best represents the format of BOUNDLESS. All art must be ready to hang or install. The committee can reject any work if not presentation ready. (Must be framed, have hanging devices, be gallery wrapped and edges treated and painted. No cracks, sloppy edges, or incomplete work will be accepted. Any work not presentation ready will be rejected. It is recommended that acrylic and not glass is used in the framing. Especially if work is being shipped to avoid glass breaking. More details will be provided if artist’s  work is accepted. Artwork must be labeled on the back with the artist’s name, title medium & gallery price.

Coordinators agree to host an art show that best represents the quality of artists and artwork provided.

  • ·         Professional artists are only permitted to submit. No student submissions will be accepted.
  • ·         All works submitted must be available for sale.
