This call is open to artists of all levels, from emerging talents to established professionals, who work with printmaking in any of its myriad forms. We welcome entries in traditional techniques such as etching, lithography, woodcut, and screen printing, as well as contemporary and experimental approaches that push the boundaries of the medium.

For over thirty years, SebArts’ gallery and exhibitions have been rated the best of Sonoma County.  Major exhibitions have featured world-renowned artists and jurors, such as Reverberations, the International Fiber Show and many others.  Each exhibition features local, regional, national and international artists displaying award winning works for the community.  Our exhibitions are well attended, and the art at the show is often sold.

SebArts is one of the most vibrant arts organizations in Northern, California. Since 1988 it has engaged and inspired the community through presentations of contemporary art, music, dance, film, and literary events. Through classes and workshops it strives to educate and deepen the interest in the arts for adults, teens and children. The Center is located in a 17,800 square foot building in downtown Sebastopol where it offers a large variety of arts programs and is a creative force in California. Sebastopol, located 60 miles north of San Francisco, is one of America's premier destinations for food, wine, and the arts, attracting thousands of visitors each year.

Eligibility Criteria

ELIGIBILITY: 
Open to artists worldwide.  
Maximum of 3 pieces (artwork) per artist. 
Wall hung work may not exceed 8ft height x 5ft width  
Wall mounted work needs to include fixtures and be ready to hang.  
All work must be original (no reproductions of original artwork)  
All work must not have been previously shown in the SebArts Gallery.  

SELECTION:   
Work will be selected from online applications.   
The juror will view all work in an anonymous manner.
SebArts may exclude work that does not reflect the quality of the work presented in the application.    

NOTIFICATION:   
Artists will be notified by email of acceptance by December 1, 2024

SUBMISSIONS MAY BE ENTERED ONLINE ONLY 

Please ensure that all images are 5MB or less in size and are in JPEG format. 
Each entry/piece can have one main image and up to two additional images/views (to show perspective or detail). 
We advise that you submit high quality images that best represent your work. Work that differs from the submission image may not be included in the exhibition.
