An exhibition and a Studio Tour for Santa Cruz Valley artists.
Artists are invited to apply to participate in the Tubac Center of the Arts Open Studio Tour 2025, which will take place March 14, 15 & 16, 2025 from 10:00 am-4 pm. The Open Studio Tour is a marketing opportunity for serious professionals and a supportive environment to nurture and present new and emerging artists. This Tour extends from Nogales in the south to Sahuarita in the north along the I-19.
Tour artists may contribute one piece to the Open Studio Tour Artists exhibition held at the Art Center, February 28th - April 13, 2025. Application Deadline: December 22, 2024.
Please note: Artist studios must be located between Sahuarita, Arizona and Nogales, Arizona, along the I-19 corridor. Artists are encouraged to partner with other artists, if possible, to encourage more visitor traffic; however, each artist at the location must register even if sharing space.

Images:
Artists agree to release the use of images of accepted works to TCA only as a permanent record of the exhibition and only for promotional use relating to the exhibition and the art center.
Catalog Image - VERY IMPORTANT
The image you enter in CaFé will be used for the Open Studio Tour catalog. When applying to the Open Studio Tour, please use the image that you want to be included in the OST catalog.
The catalog image does not have to be the same artwork submitted for the Exhibition and may be an image that has already sold. It is representational of your work.

Week of January 6, 2025: Proof approvals for catalog listings due (You will receive a PDF of your listing for approval) Approval deadline: January 10, 2025.

February 2, 2025: Catalogs distribution begins
Friday, February 28, 2025: OST Preview Exhibit Opening Reception, 5-7pm

FEES:
All fees are non-refundable.
The OST participation fee is $100 for TCA artist members and $150 for TCA non-members. Entry fee includes tour participation, catalog listing and all advertising and promotions of the event, as well as participation in the OST Preview Exhibit with Opening Reception. Member discount code is Member25.
Open Studio Tour Exhibition:
The Open Studio Tour Exhibition will be held at the Tubac Center of the Arts, February 28 to April 13, 2025.
The OST Artists Exhibition is offered as a benefit to artists participating in the studio tour. It is an optional exhibition with no additional fees. The exhibition not only entices visitors to your studio but allows the opportunity to preview and sell your work.
Open Studio Tour artists may submit one piece of artwork for the Open Studio exhibition at no additional cost. Due to gallery space limitations works may not be larger than 30" wide and the number of pieces accepted will be capped.
There will be a separate application emailed later to all OST artists for submission to the OST Exhibition. Studio Tour artists will be contacted with further details on entering the Studio Tour Exhibition.
Application Requirements
Artists are required to upload at least one image that is representative of their work, provide the address of the studio where they will be showing their work, and pay any fees applicable for participation.
Eligibility Criteria
Artists 18 years or older, living or working in Southern Arizona along the I-19 corridor between Nogales and Sahuarita, AZ are eligible to participate.
