Call Description

Embrace the Essence of Geometry: Circle, Square, Triangle

Exhibizone proudly presents Circles, Squares, Triangles 2025—the 2nd annual juried art exhibition, promotion, and sales event celebrating the pure essence of geometric beauty in visual art.

Embrace the power of three primal shapes—Circle, Square, Triangle—in their 2D and 3D forms. The three primal yet powerful shapes—Circle, Square, Triangle, or forms (in their 3D format)—are frequently used in art and are linked to ancient cultures. In contrast, for many, these three shapes are a potent reminder of “Squid Game,” a K-Pop game-changer series by Netflix toward cultural globalization. These fundamental elements have shaped artistic expression across centuries, and we invite you to share your vision of these powerful forms.

Circles, Squares, Triangles: they are the shapes of wonder, the essence of the universe, the architecture of the imagination. From ancient cultures to contemporary aesthetics, from the sacred symbols of Zen to the vivid visuals of popular culture—these shapes transcend boundaries and connect us all. For some, they evoke cosmic connections, for others, they symbolize modern simplicity, and yet for others, they speak of the inner journey of the human spirit.

With Circles, Squares, Triangles 2025, we invite artists to harness the endless potential of these primal forms, evoke wonder, curiosity, and emotions, and transcend artistic limits in 2D or 3D mediums. Whether your vision is rooted in symbolism or abstract beauty, in forms bold or intricate, in tradition or radical new interpretations—we want you to bring your perspective to this compelling showcase.

Categories to Explore

Circles & Orbs: Representing unity, wholeness, and the eternal cycle of life, circles offer endless creative possibilities—evoking celestial beauty, hypnotic mandalas, spiritual symbols, and natural forms. Whether in serene paintings, intricate sculptures, captivating photographs, or radiant digital designs, explore the perfection of the circle and let it take viewers on an emotional journey.

Squares & Cubes: The square, with its solid form and stable structure, speaks of order, rationality, and balance. Architectural, geometric, or abstract—squares offer infinite interpretations. They can represent human-made grandeur, the foundation of life, or the concept of stability in times of chaos. Capture the powerful balance of squares in any artistic medium—from photography, painting, cubist compositions, to the clean lines of minimalist structures.

Triangles & Pyramids: Symbolizing strength, ambition, and transcendence, triangles ignite a sense of direction and tension, bridging the physical and spiritual. They evoke historical and cultural grandeur—think ancient pyramids, soaring mountain peaks, monumental structures, or dynamic geometric patterns. Unfold the beauty of symmetry, the elegance of the triangle, and the ancient power of the pyramid in your artwork.

Abstract Forms & Fusions: Go beyond the boundaries of circles, squares, and triangles. Fuse, transform, and create! Explore how these forms blend and evolve—ovals, rectangles, polygons, curves, spirals, cones, and cylinders are all welcome. Let your imagination roam as you create abstract expressions, giving life to new interpretations of classic geometry.
