Call Description
SFVACC invites submissions for our upcoming online exhibition, Spring Forward. This show explores the concept of moving forward—embracing growth, transformation, and the momentum that propels us into the future.
While inspired by the energy of spring, this exhibition seeks artwork that interprets Spring Forward in diverse and creative ways. Submissions might explore:
- Themes of personal or societal growth and renewal
- The passing of time and the cycles of life
- Optimism, resilience, and taking bold steps forward
- Abstract interpretations of momentum and change
This is your opportunity to inspire and be inspired—through interpretations that remind us all of the power of forward motion and the beauty of transformation.
Best of Show $800 – 1st Place $400 – 2nd Place $300 plus 4 Honorable Mentions

All artwork images should be submitted unframed unless the artist feels that a particular style of mounting, matting or framing is crucial to proper artistic presentation.
