The Art League of Leland's It's ALL Art show and sale is an annual juried show open to all artists 18 years or older, both ALL members and regional area nonmembers.
We are excited to announce that Brenda Behr will be our official juror for the 2025 exhibition. Initially, a committee of peers will be selecting finalists to participate in the show. Our juror, Brenda Behr, will then select work for cash awards and ribbons in each category (2D, 3D, and Photography) for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place, overall Best of Show, sponsor awards, and Purchase awards.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
| · Art League of Leland (ALL) members and regional nonmembers, 18 years and older, are eligible to apply. · There is a $30 nonrefundable entry fee for ALL members, $50 nonrefundable fee for nonmembers for one category. · Those wishing to enter in more than one category (2D, 3D, Photography) must create a separate CaFE account, submit a separate application with images and pay a separate $15 fee for members, $20 for nonmembers. Please contact us at itsallartexhibition@gmail.com for the coupon code prior to submission of second category work.The coupon code will discount your fee to reflect the cost for a second or third category entry. · Each artist may submit up to 3 (three) pieces of original artwork in any given category for consideration by the committee and juror. · No more than 2 (two) hanging pieces will be selected for any artist. · Sales will be handled by the ALL. A 20% commission fee will be retained by ALL on all sales. Taxes will be collected and paid by ALL. · Artwork must be for sale. · Artwork including the frame may not exceed 50” in width or 50” in height. It is recommended that you consider a variety of sizes for the work you submit as space is limited, and submitting all large pieces may limit the number of pieces accepted into the show. · Artwork should not have been previously exhibited in a prior ALL annual exhibition and sale. · AI Generated Art will not be accepted.

2D Artwork | · Includes Watercolors, Acrylics, Oils, Pastels, Alcohol Ink, Encaustic, Drawings, Collage, Mixed Media, and Fiber Art. · Original art may be manipulated digitally by the artist. Entries created in any part by Artificial Intelligence will not be accepted. · 2D artists may submit 3 (three) pieces of original artwork for consideration and jury award selection. No more than 2 (two) hanging pieces will be selected for any artist in 2D and/or Photography. · All 2D artwork must be professionally presented: framed or gallery wrapped. Gallery wrapped edges must be painted with the continuing image or with a fresh coat of gesso. · All 2-D art must have wire and be ready to hang on freestanding display panels. No adhesive hangers, eye rings or sawtooth hangers. The wire must be short enough that it will not show when displayed. It also needs to have enough slack so that it can be hung easily. · 2D artwork will be hung by the ALL Installation Committee. The utmost care and professionalism will be taken to ensure the safe handling of artwork. Remember: Include the frame in your measurements.

2D Photography | · Traditional Fine Art Photography and Digital Photography are accepted. · Original art may be manipulated digitally by the artist. All entries must be created in full by the artist without exception. · Entries created in any part by Artificial Intelligence will not be accepted. · Photography can be printed on traditional paper, metal or canvas. · 2D Photography artists may submit 3 (three) pieces of artwork for consideration and jury award selection. No more than 2 (two) hanging pieces will be selected for any artist in Photography. · All 2D photography must be professionally presented: framed or gallery wrapped if on canvas. Gallery wrapped edges must continue the image of the photo or be painted with a fresh coat of gesso. · All 2-D photography must be wired and be ready to hang on freestanding display panels. No adhesive hangers, eye rings or sawtooth hangers. The wire must be short enough that it will not show when displayed. It also needs to have enough slack so that it can be hung easily. · 2D photography will be hung by the ALL Installation Committee. 2D Bin Art
| · Limit one bin per accepted artist, 15 pieces per category. · Bin art may include original 2D work and/or reproductions and must be labeled as such. Labels should be on the top right of the protective wrapping. · Additional removable labels will be provided by ALL for sales code purposes. Artists must adhere these to their bin work upon arrival/setup. · NO framed work allowed in bins. · Each bin may contain a maximum of 15 pieces per category. Work must be contained within the bin and allow for easy access to the viewer. For example, a 1” thick canvas may necessitate a reduced number of pieces. Artwork will be removed from overcrowded bins to avoid damage. · 2D art needs to be in a 24” wide (medium sized), black canvas floor bin provided by the artist for consistent display. · A name holder with a pocket for business cards will be provided by ALL for use at the exhibition. Holders must be returned at the close of the show for reuse. · 2D bin artwork must be backed with foam core or mat board and protected by shrink-wrap or acetate bag. · A complete, final listing of 2D bin art must be submitted by May 10, 2025. · A link will be sent for an inventory form upon acceptance into the exhibition. · Bin work will not be part of judging. Images do not need to be submitted for bin work.

3D Artwork | · Includes Pottery, Woodworking, Fiber Arts (i.e. Silk Dying, Weaving, Felting, and Art Quilting), Fused and Stained Glass, Sculpture, Metal Art, Mixed Media. · Pottery must be hand-built or thrown. Pottery pieces made from ceramic molds will not be accepted. · 3D artists may submit 3 (three) pieces of original artwork for consideration and jury award selection. · Upon acceptance, 3D artists will have the opportunity to add an additional 10 pieces for sale that will not be subject to judging.These will be displayed on 8’ x 30” tables covered with black tablecloths. Some work may be required to be held under the table and placed out when sales occur to keep the display from being overcrowded. A designated Exhibition Ambassador will keep an eye on sales and displays. There will be a limited number of pedestals available for artwork. · A complete, final listing of additional 3D pieces must be submitted by May 10, 2025. · A link will be sent for an inventory form upon acceptance into the exhibition. · Additional pieces will not be part of judging. Photos of the additional pieces are not required. · Depending on the number of 3D artists and pieces accepted into the exhibition, table space may need to be shared and pieces limited for display at one time. · Artists are requested to provide protective wrapping for their pieces (bubble wrap or paper) under the table to protect sold pieces for the buyer. Our show ambassadors will pull wrappings as needed for sales and replace work as pieces are sold.

Application Requirements
- All entries must be for sale.
- Unsold art must remain in show until designated time for pick-up; 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM, May 31.
- Artists should register for a time slot to volunteer during the show. A link will be sent to sign up upon acceptance.
- Artist or a designee must hand deliver artwork to the LCAC on the designated date/time. A link will be sent to sign up upon acceptance.
- Shipped or mailed art will NOT be accepted.
- Jurying is done anonymously, first by a selection committee then the juror. The committee/juror’s decision on acceptance is final.
- ALL allows photographs to be taken during the event. ALL maintains the rights to use photographs of the art and the event for future marketing or promotional use.
- Upon entering the show and by submitting payment, the artist agrees to the terms and conditions as outlined in this Prospectus.
Sales will be handled by ALL. A 20% commission fee will be retained by ALL on all sales. Taxes will be collected and paid by ALL.
Eligibility Criteria
Open to all artists 18 years of age and older. Artists may submit ORIGINAL two-dimensional (2D) work, three-dimensional (3D) work and/or Photography (2D).
EXHIBITED ARTWORK ELIGIBILITY
- Artwork must be solely the creation of the artist.
- Artwork must be original in conception, composition and implementation.
- No kits, copies, collaborative works or workshop pieces will be accepted.
- No replicas, giclee reproductions or any modified, copied or imitated art will be accepted for jurying or hanging.
- The quality of the creation and design should be consistent with a fine art show.
- No furniture or jewelry is allowed.
- No erotic or violent themes will be accepted.
- The artwork should not have been previously exhibited in the ALL annual show and sale.
- 2D Artwork requiring individual table or floor easels will not be accepted.
- Weight of 2D art must not exceed 15 lbs. Weight of 3D work must not exceed 30 lbs.
- Upon check-in, 2D artwork must be ready for hanging on the display panels.
- All artwork must be durable enough to be handled and moved.
- 2D artwork is artwork which can be hung on exhibit panels. 3D artwork is artwork which is to be displayed on a table with a black tablecloth or display column.
