The ‘See Creatures’ juried show will take place in the iconic coastal town of Cannon Beach, Oregon August 1 - 31, 2025.  This show is an expansion of our successful 2024 invitational show.  We invite artists in ink, watercolor, acrylic, oils, mixed media, clay, glass, wood, and steel to submit work that addresses the show theme of creatures from the sea, earth and sky with whimsy and imagination. 

During the opening weekend collectors and art enthusiasts will have the opportunity to meet and engage with artists. The opening reception will be Friday, Aug 1st, 2025 5 PM - 7 PM. Complimentary refreshments will be served.

Show prizes will be awarded for:

Best in show $250

Most Imaginative $150

Collector favorite $150

The top 12 scoring entries will be published in our first annual Best of See Creatures publication, we will include a brief bio about the artist. House of Orange will distribute to gallery collectors by email and print.

Application Requirements

Applications are accepted through Cafe

Include a description of your medium, title, and photographs

You may submit up to 3 entries, an application fee of $30 for the first entry and $5 for each additional entry.

Eligibility Criteria

Open to all artists located within the U.S. 

Must be original artwork, no prints or reproductions will be eligible.
