Call Description
Coconino Center for the Arts (CCA) located in Flagstaff, Arizona invites artists and creatives to share their work in a publicly accessible artist registry open to artists residing in Coconino County, which is the 2nd largest county in the U.S. by geographical area. CCA strives to connect and strengthen communities through access to and engagement in the arts.
CCA’s mission is to provide space, offer resources, and inspire collaboration, presenting creative endeavors across the arts, sciences, and humanities. CCA promotes creative expression and critical thought by reflecting the cultural diversity of our shared community.
Application Requirements
Registration Guidelines
- Select the category that best describes your creative practice: Visual Artist, Performing Artist, Literary Artist, or Artisan
- Biography (300 words max.)
- Artist Statement (500 words max.)
- Artist Résumé (optional; 2 pages max.)
- Profile Photo
- Work Samples (10 images, 6 audio, 6 video, up to 10 total samples max.)
- Website (optional)
Additional Information
- Artists must be 18+ and reside in Coconino County, Arizona
- Free to register
- We request that you update your work samples every 2 years and keep your contact information current
- The Artist registry will be linked through CCA’s website coconinoarts.org and made publicly accessible to audiences of all ages. Consequently, submitted artwork cannot contain images or language including profanity, hate speech, or pornography. Artwork containing any prohibited material will not be included in the registry. Interpretation of content is at the sole discretion of CCA staff.
