The Center for Contemporary Art ("The Center") is accepting entries for its Members' Juried Exhibition. Artists selected must be current members of The Center or join before participating in the exhibition. The Center is a vibrant regional art center with in-person and virtual art classes, workshops, and summer art camps, rotating art exhibitions, and community partnership programs. The Center’s exhibition program provides important opportunities for artists, integrates the arts into the community, deepens its connection to members and students, and attracts a broad audience.
JUROR: Helen Marie Farrant
ABOUT THE JUROR: Helen Marie Farrant is an award-winning artist and color consultant. She has been playing with clay for 40 years. Her work has been exhibited in galleries and exhibitions nationwide. Most recently, her ceramic sculpture was featured at Grounds for Sculpture, Hamilton, NJ. Additionally, she won first place for a painting at The Tewksbury Historical Society Art Show, Oldwick, NJ.
Helen is a founding member of the Red Barn Artisans. She currently teaches at A Maker’s Circle, Potterville, NJ as well as workshops at private studios. She also was a longtime ceramics teaching artist at The Center for Contemporary Art, Bedminster, NJ.
Constantly inquisitive, Helen attends classes, workshops and conferences in two and three dimensional art forms. She holds a degree in Art and Design from Messiah University, Mechanicsburg, PA.

SPECIFICATIONS:
- Entry must be original artwork, wired, and ready to hang.
- Maximum framed size permitted is 36″ horizontally and vertically
- 3D pieces may not exceed 18″ x 18″ x 18″ high or weigh more than 25 lbs.
- Work previously exhibited at The Center for Contemporary Art may not be submitted.
- If your entry does not meet the specifications above it will not be considered by the juror for inclusion in this exhibition.
- Accepted work cannot be substituted and must be available for the duration of the exhibition.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY OF ARTWORK:
Artwork may be hand-delivered to and picked up from The Center for Contemporary Art on the appropriate dates during the scheduled times. The artist is responsible for the cost of shipped or mailed artwork to and from The Center for Contemporary Art using USPS, UPS or FedEx. A return shipping label and return postage must be included with the artwork.
INSURANCE AND SALE OF ARTWORK:
All artwork is insured for its declared value from the time it is received through September 21, 2025 while it is on the premises. Artists are responsible for insuring artwork during transit.
The Center for Contemporary Art receives a 40% commission on all exhibition sales.
MEDIA/PUBLIC RELATIONS: The Center for Contemporary Art reserves the right to use digital images of exhibited artwork for media, website, PR and advertising.

Entrants must be 18 or older.
Eligibility Criteria
Membership to The Center must be valid through September 2025. Non-Members may enter and if accepted for the exhibition, must pay annual membership dues in order to participate. Entrants are welcome to join and enter at the same time.
