Call Description
The Arkansas Committee of the National Museum of Women in the Arts (ACNMWA) is taking applications for its juried biennial online registry of Arkansas women artists. The call closes on July 31st.
The application is open to all artists who identify as women who are residents of Arkansas at the time of application. This juried biennial registry will be featured on the ACNWMA website from October 2025 to October 2027.

ACNMWA was founded in 1989 to support the efforts of the National Museum of Women in the Arts (NMWA) and to promote Arkansas women artists. ACNMWA is a nonprofit volunteer organization established as an affiliate of NMWA, located in Washington, D.C. The Museum brings recognition to the achievements of women artists of all periods and nationalities by exhibiting, preserving, acquiring, and researching art by women and by teaching the public about their accomplishments.
Application Requirements
Artists must submit 4 artwork image samples up to 5MB and must be .JPG or .JPEG format. A 150 word maximum artist statement is required.
