Now in its 45th year, the Sedona Arts Center (SAC) is excited to present its annual Juried Friends Show and Sale. Artists of all levels, working in all mediums are invited to enter but you must be a donor at the Sedona Arts Center (SAC) Friend Level, which starts at $60. The theme this year will be THE FACE of FRIENDSHIP.

The exhibition will run from March 6 – April 15, 2026

Juried Friends Show  - The Face of Friendship

This exhibition explores The Face of Friendship as a source of inspiration and support. Featured works may include collaborative creations or individual pieces that highlight the significance of the human connection. Artists are encouraged to share their insights and experiences on the theme of friendship.

• Monetary awards will be given for First Place/Best of Show Award ($500), Second ($250)  and Third ($150) place.
• Honorable mention awards will be awarded at the discretion of the jurors and no monetary amount attached.
• People’s Choice Award is announced at the end of the show. No monetary attached.

DEADLINE for Submission: February 1, 2026. 

Notifications sent by February 6, 2026.

Work being shipped must be received by March 2, 2026 or hand delivered by March 2, 2026.  The show will run from March 6 – April 15, 2026, on-site at the Sedona Arts Center (SAC).

Sales:  Sedona Arts Center (SAC) will retain a 40% commission on all sales. All entries must be available for purchase and the sales price is determined by the submitting artist. Payment for artwork sold occurs in the month following the sale. 

Promotion of the Exhibit & Disclaimer:  We ask that juried artists participate in promoting the exhibit through their website and social media channels. While Sedona Arts Center (SAC) will actively promote the exhibition through press releases, eblasts, our website, and social media channels, we cannot guarantee that all artists' expectations regarding promotion and exposure will be fully met. We ask for your understanding as we strive to reach the widest audience possible, but limitations in outreach and the dynamic nature of art promotion may mean some artists may not experience the level of visibility they anticipate.

Application Requirements

Image Format:  Each artist can submit up to three (3) images of their artwork in JPEG format with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. Images should include the title of the piece in the file name. In addition, please list the title, dimensions, medium and price of your pieces on the Entry Form.

Entering Your Images: List sizes up to the nearest inch.  Submitted images should not include matting or frame. Crop the photos to include only the artwork.  Be sure your images are right-side-up. 

Fees:  There is a $30 non-refundable entry fee and up to three pieces per artist can be submitted.  

Eligibility Criteria

Emerging to professional artists, 18 years and older can apply. Artwork must be made within the last 3 years and cannot have been on display in any other Sedona Arts Center (SAC) Exhibition.
