What is this Call for Entry really about? Is it about Civilization heading into the Unknown? Is it about a Fight for Society to Survive? Is it Political or Personal? Ultimately, we are looking for artists to Grab the Bull by the Horns and decide for themselves what Urgency means. Our deadline has been extended to April 27th. This is a search for artists across the country who have the Most Visceral Point of View; Grappling with Immediacy while doing it with Style. We welcome all mediums. Artists accepted will be showing in the center of Denver’s most popular art district, with thousands attending our First Friday Art Walks.

Application Requirements

Please include framed size in application. Any work 5 inches larger at drop-off than what is stated on application can be turned away.

Eligibility Criteria

-Measurements need to be correct on application. The curator has the right to turn away work at drop-off if it is not accurate in size. This includes framing.

-All out-of-state artists accepted understand that they must cover all shipping costs to and from Colorado.

-Art can be turned away if wire hanger is not attached to the back of the pieces or sides of stretched canvas are unpainted.
