MADE IN THE USA Comics to Counterculture
Exhibition Dates: July 16 to August 1, 2025
Juror: Joey Feldman
TAG and The Joey Feldman Gallery are proud to present Made in the USA: Comics to Counterculture. This is an artists’ call for a juried art exhibition celebrating the artists 18 years and older who bring imagination to life through sci-fi, fantasy, surreal illustration, dark art, manga, comic book art, and beyond. Juried by Joey Feldman, this exhibition bridges the gap between the traditional fine art world and the vibrant, expressive realm of illustrative and genre-based art.
JUROR Joey Feldman
Joey Feldman is an artist, collector, and first-time curator whose passion for illustration and storytelling fuels his work. Feldman approached TAG Gallery with this concept because of the gallery’s impact on the art community and the opportunity to introduce this genre of art to a broader audience. With a deep appreciation for the craft of comic book art, concept design, and fantasy illustration, they are excited to showcase the raw talent of artists whose work often lives outside the conventional gallery space. This is an opportunity to hear from creators who shape the visual culture of our time—artists whose work we admire in books, on screens, and in collectible form but rarely found on gallery walls.
