Call Description
This Sedona Arts Center Holiday Artist Market will be held December 5-7, 2025 will feature approximately 25 artists from Sedona and cities and towns across Arizona.
Who should apply: Artists and makers, 18 years and older, who create beautiful and functional works are welcome to apply, however space is limited and preference will be given to Sedona Arts Center Artist Members first to fill the limited slots.
Submissions are open but not limited to small visual works, mixed-media, ceramics, sculpture, glass, photography, textiles, jewelry, greeting cards, and accessories. Our goal is to curate a Holiday Market made up of artists working in a diversity of media who create unique works of art. No mass-produced items will be accepted.
The work displayed in the market must be substantially similar to the work submitted in the application. All work presented at this event must be handmade and original by the artist presenting and selling.
Fees: $20 non-refundable application fee.
Sales: All sales will be processed through the Sedona Arts Center. A 30% commission will go to Sedona Arts Center.
1. Complete and submit Online Application form, $20 fee.
2. Include up to fifteen (15) photographic digital images of your current works to be sold during the event. Quality photos do make a difference!
3. Deadline October 1, 2025. Artists will be notified by October 11, 2025.

● Upload up to fifteen (15) good-quality photographic images (.jpg) of the type of current works to be sold during the event. Tip: use a simple background and good lighting.
● Acceptance to Sedona Arts Center Holiday Artist Market grants permission by the artist to use the submitted images for marketing and promotional materials unless otherwise notified.

Wait List Policy:
We will accept up to 10 alternate artists. We reserve the right to base alternate selections on overall ranking and to maintain balance in the show categories.
Attendance:
Accepted artists, or their helpers, must be present during all show hours on all days and arrive before show opening times.
Load in and Event Times:
LOAD IN/SET UP: Thursday, December 4, 2025, 10 am-3pm
Event Times:
Holiday Artist Market Opening Reception: Friday, December 5, 2025, 4-6pm
Market Hours:
Saturday, December 6, 2025, 10 am to 4 pm
Sunday, December 7, 2025, 11 am to 3 pm
LOAD OUT: Sunday, December 7, 2025, 3pm-6pm
