By entering artists agree to the following terms: 

All works must be available during the exhibition timeframe and ready for installation upon delivery. Any works not matching the accepted artwork may not be accepted for exhibition. 2D artworks must be wired for hanging. If your work requires special installation instructions, please contact ellen@artlinkfw.org prior to the submission deadline. 

Sales commission: All artwork sales are subject to a 35% sales fee. Artists will be mailed a check for sold work following the close of the exhibition. 

Liability: Artwork will be insured during exhibition at Artlink. Artlink is not liable for damage of loss in transit to and from the gallery. Any damage caused by improper preparations by the artist will not be covered by Artlink.

Artwork delivery: 
All accepted artworks must arrive at Artlink no later than August 24, 2025 to be included. Artists can hand-deliver or ship their accepted works anytime between acceptance and the deadline. 

Hand Delivery
Hand-delivered artwork is accepted during gallery hours: Thursday 10am—8pm, Friday & Saturday 10am—6pm, Sunday 12—5pm. Please schedule a delivery time with the Exhibition Coordinator. 

Shipping
Artwork that is shipped must be sent through UPS, FedEx or USPS and must include a return shipping label. Artlink does not cover the cost of shipping. Shipped work that is framed must be framed with plexiglass, no glass permitted. Any damages that occur during shipping must be covered by the artist. In such an occurrence, the Exhibition Coordinator will contact the artist for a credit card number to facilitate repairs prior to the exhibition opening. Please no crates or styrofoam peanuts.
