By submitting your art data in this "Opportunity," you as "Artist," are bound by the following terms:

Submission
- Artist is free to submit any collection of her/his artworks. However, offered artworks are subject to approval.
In reasonable view of the organizer, artworks that include porn, violence, and/or racial and religious hatred, inappropriate and/or offensive content are not admissible.

Information
- Artist is responsible for providing all the necessary information for this opportunity.
- All provided information by Artist should be genuine and accurate.
- Artists should immediately inform the organizer of any changes in their artistic data.

Language
- All information and communications will be in English.
- In case of any discrepancies, the English language will be considered as the source.

Artwork Availability
- It is suggested to provide artworks for sale. However, Artists are free to submit "Not for Sale" artworks too.

- All artworks for sale in the exhibition must be available for the show's duration unless Artist informs the organizer otherwise in advance. 

- In case of any availability problem after selection, it is Artist's sole responsibility to inform the organizer that the artwork is not available for sale anymore.

Artwork Originality
- All artworks provided by Artist should be original and created by Artist without any supervision.
- By submitting to this Opportunity, Artist declares her/his artwork is not in any way an infringement of copyright.

Copyrights
Artists retain copyrights of their work.
By submitting to this opportunity, the Artist grants his/her unconditional acceptance and permission for the use of his/her personal and artwork's image and data by the organizer, cooperative service providers, and third parties and allow publication and circulation of his/her provided materials and information in all advertising and promotional media both in print and digital.

Pricing
- Artist is responsible for setting a price for each artwork.
- Artworks can be presented as Not For Sale.

Selection
- All submitted artworks will be reviewed and selected according to the overall criteria mentioned in the artwork eligibility section of this opportunity.

Announcement
- Artists will be notified of their artwork selection for this opportunity.

Shipment
- Artwork shipment arrangement is the Artist's responsibility.
- When an original artwork is sold, it is needed to be shipped to the buyer.
- In the case of sales, the artwork shipment fee is the buyer's responsibility unless discussed and agreed upon between the buyer and the Artist differently.

Commissions
- If your work is for sale and there is a buyer during the exhibition, the Ake Gallery will take a 25% commission.

Sales Money Transfer
- The Artist will provide a Paypal or Venmo account for transferring the sales amount to her/his account.
- Received sales payments from the buyer will be transferred to the Artist's account in the following month.

Communication
- All communication will be handled via Artist's email account, which is presented at the time of submission.
- Artist should immediately inform the organizer of any changes in her/his artwork's position or communication situation.

Continuity
- The organizer's team will do their best to present and run this opportunity, but neither guarantee any level of exposure or sales via this opportunity, nor they are responsible for paying any damages claimed by Artists or third parties.
- This art Opportunity is provided to you 'as is' and 'as available' without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind.

Termination
- Artist can stop her/his participation in this opportunity with a 2-week prior written notice.
- In case of no communication from the Artist's side for more than one month, the organizer can stop the opportunity without further notice to Artist.
- Artist's request to terminate her/his participation won't affect the completion of all running activities in this opportunity.

Discrepancies
- Artist is solely responsible for all the discrepancies due to a complaint from a third party concerning this opportunity.

Indemnification
As an artist, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the organizer, Ake Gallery, and its employees and directors from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

All Ake Gallery Terms of Service and Privacy Policy will apply to this opportunity.
