This Consignment Agreement outlines the terms under which Alpha Fired Arts will exhibit, and sell artworks submitted by participating artists for display in our gallery. By submitting your work for consideration, you agree to the following:

The Consignment Term begins on the date the works are delivered to the Gallery and continues until the agreed end date of the exhibition, unless otherwise extended by mutual agreement.

During the Consignment Term, the Gallery has the exclusive right to exhibit, and sell the Consigned Works.

The Gallery may also photograph and feature your work on our website, in marketing materials, on social media, and in press releases.

Sales: The sales price for each work will be determined by you at the time of acceptance, subject to Gallery approval. Price adjustments require your authorization.

You authorize the Gallery to offer up to a 10% discount to curators, designers, collectors, or regular patrons without further approval.

Commission: The Gallery will receive a 50% commission on each sale at the rate listed in the exhibition agreement or submission call. This percentage is calculated on the final sales price, excluding sales tax.

Payment: Once full payment from the buyer has cleared, the Gallery will remit your share (minus commission) after the end date of the exhibition.

Shipping, Drop Off & Pick Up: You are responsible for shipping expense to and from the gallery. Work shipped to the gallery must have a return label included, and accepted works to the Gallery by the stated delivery deadline and collecting them by the designated pick-up date.

Late pick-ups will incur a $30 per 30 day storage fee. After 60 days, unclaimed works become property of the Gallery.

Installation: The Gallery will install work unless agreed otherwise. For works valued at over $3,000, the local Artists will assist in installation with Gallery staff.

Liability: You are responsible for loss or damage during transport to and from the Gallery. While in the Gallery’s possession, The Gallery is not liable for damage or loss.

Indemnify: You agree to indemnify and hold the Gallery harmless from claims, losses, or damages arising from breach of warranties, transport-related damage, or intellectual property disputes.

Warranty of Condition: You warrant that: You are the sole creator and legal owner of each Consigned Work. The works are original, free of defects, and safe to display.The sale and exhibition of your works will not infringe on any third-party rights.
