Call Description
Lakewood Annual Winter Salon
November 7, 2025 – January 2, 2026
Reception Friday, November 13, 6-8pm
This holiday season, the Lakewood Cultural Center is proud to present the first annual LCC Salon, a showcase celebrating the creativity of our community. This large-scale group exhibition serves as an art market featuring small, accessibly-priced artworks, all available for sale at $500 or less. Inspired by the maximalist approach of 19th-century French salons, this collection presents a broad range of artistic practices, from traditional to contemporary, and invites the public to celebrate the vibrant culture that makes Lakewood unique. Our goal is to support local and regional artists during the busy holiday art market season by offering all works for sale throughout the exhibition. This salon will be juried by the City of Lakewood Arts Programming Curator, Laine Godsey.
