Call Description

The Sculpture Tucson Festival Show & Sale is Arizona’s largest celebration of sculpture, bringing together artists, collectors, and the public in a vibrant three-day event, March 27–29, 2026, at Brandi Fenton Memorial Park in Tucson, Arizona. Now entering its 7th year, the Festival has become a signature cultural destination, drawing thousands of visitors from across the Southwest and beyond.

The Festival begins with a lively Friday night PREVIEW PARTY, a ticketed event for past patrons and sculpture lovers. This festive evening sets the tone for the weekend with live music, excellent food and beverages, and the rare opportunity to meet participating artists. There is no charge for accepted artists and their guest to attend this celebration, which has become a highlight of the Festival experience.

The Festival provides a unique opportunity for sculptors to present and sell their work in an outdoor setting that encourages discovery and engagement. Artists may exhibit in individual tent spaces as well as submit large-scale works for display in common areas, showcasing a wide range of materials, scales, and styles.

The Festival is supported by year-round marketing, media partnerships, and Sculpture Tucson’s ongoing mission to make sculpture accessible to the community. Free admission, educational programming, and family-friendly activities ensure a broad audience, while dedicated collectors and institutions attend with the intent to acquire works.

We are honored to welcome Kati Ballares as our juror for the 2026 Festival. Based in Scottsdale, Arizona, Ballares serves as Public Art Program Director working closely with artists, city leaders, and the community to integrate public art into parks, plazas, city buildings, and across the urban landscape. Her role encompasses commissioning, installation, maintenance, and promotion of sculptures, murals, and interactive installations. She is passionate about using public art to spark connection and conversation, ensure long-term durability in outdoor environments, and make creative experiences accessible to all.

Sculpture Tucson is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to supporting sculptors and advancing the appreciation of sculpture through exhibitions, public art initiatives, and community programs. Participation in the Festival connects artists with an engaged public, serious buyers, and a growing network of arts professionals in one of the Southwest’s most dynamic sculpture markets.
