Call Description
Join us in celebrating the Month of Print with (Ex)press(ion) -a dynamic exhibition dedicated to the art and craft of printmaking in all its forms. This show is open to all styles, techniques and approaches, with no set theme. Whether traditional or experimental, bold or subtle, we welcome work that highlights the richness and versatility of print media.
As part of the celebration, select artists may be invited to present live demonstrations of their printmaking process on Saturdays throughout the exhibition. These events offer a chance to engage with the public, share your techniques and bring your creative process to life in the gallery.

About NKollectiv Gallery:
NKollectiv has been operational since 2021 and is managed by encaustic and cold wax artist, Nicole Korbe. The gallery is known for its highly curated collection of quality artists who work in unique and dynamic media. NKollectiv is located in the hip downtown district of Englewood, as the anchor of the new art hub (EASEL: Englewood Art Studios, Events, Lessons). The gallery is open 6 days a week with regular business hours and is also accessible to all attendees of events held in the space.

Juror: Alicia McKim
Alicia McKim received her M.F.A. in Printmaking from the University of Colorado, Boulder. She incorporates traditional printmaking processes with alternative techniques to investigate the relationship between humankind and the environment.
McKim exhibits her artist's books and prints internationally, and her work is in numerous private and public collections, including the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, the Getty Artist Book Collection, the Walker Art Center, and the Harvard Printing and Graphics Collection. Her works have appeared in 500 Handmade Books, Vol. 2, Bound & Lettered, and Daria magazines.
Alicia is an associate professor emerita of fine arts at Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design.

Application Requirements
Submit up to 3 pieces of artwork only. Please provide an artist statement with a maximum of 1,000 characters.
Maximum size of two-dimensional artwork: 36" on the longest side
Must comply with art drop-off for hand-delivered work: Sunday, February 15, between 4-5pm or Monday, February 16, between 9-4 pm. Please note that NKollectiv is a on the second floor, with stair access only. If you need to make arrangements for drop-off at ground level, please contact the gallery after your application is accepted.
Eligibility Criteria
Open to all Colorado printmakers artists working in 2D media.
