Call Description

The WAA Art Studio Tour is a free, self-guided tour around Woodinville involving multiple studios and artists. From recycled art, paintings, pottery, mixed media, jewelry, 2D glass and more, customers and visitors can spend time with the artist, view studios not normally open to the public and purchase art.

Application Requirements

All artists must be a WAA member and submit a nonrefundable fee of $35 via CAFÉ entry application.

Host studios MUST BE in Woodinville or near the border, and not normally open to the public. Hosted artists DO NOT have to be from Woodinville.

Upon acceptance a Tour Participation fee of $125 is due. The studio tour participation fee is used to support marketing and administrative costs.

Artists that need to be hosted will be paired by WAA Studio Tour Committee with participating studio locations, dependent upon space availability and program limitations. Host studios MUST be willing to host at least 1 or more hosted artists. Hosted artists must be willing to be in a tent outside. WAA does not provide the tents, but does have a few tents available for rent on a first come, first served basis.

NEW for 2026!  -   'Make & Take ' or Demo Requirement! 

We want each studio and the host artists to put together either a "Make & Take" or Demonstration. If we can do 2-3 each day at each studio then this will help spread the crowds around to each location.

WAA does NOT collect a commission on sales made during this event.

When uploading images, please INCLUDE YOUR NAME in the image file name.

DEADLINE to apply is February 27th at MIDNIGHT, PST. Artists will be notified on or around March 7th if they have been accepted. 

Eligibility Criteria

Artists must submit a NONREFUNDABLE application fee of $35. All artists MUST apply individually, NOT as a group.

Host studios MUST BE in Woodinville or near the border, and not normally open to the public. Hosted artists DO NOT have to be from Woodinville.

Once accepted, there is an additional fee of $125 to participate. Prospective venues are visited by the Studio Tour Committee before being selected.

Artist applications are accepted via CAFE system and require the submission of 3 images of their work. If applying as a studio location, images of the location are also required.
