Call Description

The Mousa Art Initiative through Gallery 874 is seeking artists to participate in The Palestinian Holocaust: Art Against Erasure, a group exhibition addressing the ongoing Palestinian Holocaust and the systematic destruction of Palestinian life, culture, and future—particularly in Gaza.

While many museums, galleries, and nonprofit arts institutions remain silent, this exhibition takes a clear and unapologetic stance. It is an act of witness, moral clarity, and resistance to institutional silence.

This call is open to all artists working in visual media. Selected artworks will be presented in a public exhibition in St. Louis, Missouri.

This opportunity is for the presentation of existing artwork in a curated group exhibition. This is not a commission for new work and not a design-team project.

Artists are invited to submit completed works that directly engage with the exhibition’s theme. All submitted artwork must be ready to hang upon acceptance.

The exhibition is organized and sponsored by the Mousa Art Initiative through Gallery 874, an artist-driven organization based in St. Louis committed to creating space for truth, resistance, and community-centered artistic expression.
