Call Description
A House of Orange Annual Juried Exhibition
SEE Creatures — Real or Imagined invites viewers to experience the creatures of our world—big or small, real or imagined—through the creative vision of artists.
Originally launched as a themed exhibition, SEE Creatures quickly became our most popular show to date, delighting visitors of all ages and sparking wonder, laughter, curiosity, and awe. In response to its overwhelming success, House of Orange expanded the concept into an annual juried event, inviting artists from across the country and beyond to share their creative creatures with Cannon Beach during peak summer tourism.
Our first annual juried show debuted in 2025 and was wildly successful, generating outstanding gallery traffic, meaningful artist exposure, and strong artwork sales. Visitors were eager to participate, especially through the interactive Collector Favorite vote, giving guests a true sense of ownership and community connection. It was a whimsical, inclusive celebration of imagination—an experience that exists only at House of Orange.
With over 500 submissions nationwide, we selected 44 artists, marking a milestone moment in our gallery’s history and expanding our audience in exciting new ways.
As we grow toward 2026 and beyond, we invite you to be part of this momentum.
Don’t miss your opportunity to participate in this name-making exhibition—
Submit your creatures and help shape the next chapter of SEE Creatures. CALL FOR ART — “SEE Creatures” Juried Exhibition
