Southern California Women's Caucus at the Beverly Hills Art Show
May 16 & 17, 2026 - Member Only Exhibition
Once again, Southern California Women's Caucus for Art will have a booth at the Beverly Hills Art Show, Beverly Hills, CA. The BHAS takes place on the grassy terrain of the historic Beverly Gardens Park along Santa Monica Boulevard. This is a unique opportunity to present our organization and members' artwork.
SCWCA invites member artists to submit work for this exhibition centered on the theme Hope for the Future. This call encourages artists to explore personal, collective, and imagined visions of what lies ahead - expressions of resilience, possibility, renewal, and optimism in uncertain times. Submissions may reflect hope in subtle or bold ways, offering glimpses of light, transformation, and forward movement through your unique artistic voice.

Exhibition Location: Beverly Gardens Park - Beverly Hills Art Show takes place at the historic Beverly Gardens Park along Santa Monica Boulevard in Beverly Hills, CA. SCWCA Booth #2 is located between Beverly Drive and Canon Drive
ELIGIBILITY - This is a MEMBER’S ONLY exhibition. To become a member, go to www.nationalwca.org. Be sure to select CAS as the chapter. All self-identified women artists are welcome to enter their work.
SUBMISSION CRITERIA AND CONTENT - SUBMISSIONS are limited to ONE original piece per artist as a JPEG (1-5MB). Entries must be original and of the artist’s own execution. Prints of artwork are not accepted. Do not submit works which violate copyright laws. Once artwork is submitted, it may not be substituted or withdrawn by the artist. All artwork must remain at the BHAS until the end of the show.
ARTWORK FORMAT, PRESENTATION & REQUIREMENTS - ALL 2D ART MUST BE NO LARGER than 36 inches high x 24 inches wide including frame no exceptions. The base of 3D work must be no wider than 24 inches. All free-standing 3D work will be displayed on one table (no pedestals allowed). No AI generated work will be accepted. No video, installation, or performance works accepted. Labels for the artwork will be generated from the information you provide. Please make sure all your information is spelled correctly: CAPITALIZE your First and Last name, the Title of your work, and Medium; the dimensions of your work appears in the following format HEIGHT BY WIDTH (no inch marks are necessary), and include a dollar sign preceding the price of your work. No shipping.
FORMAT FOR IMAGES - All entries must be submitted as high resolution (1-5MB) as jpgs and cropped to remove background. Photos of the artwork should not be taken through glass or Plexiglas. Images should be cropped to remove background and/or frame. Image quality is critical. The image (jpg) must represent the submitted art. Directions for uploading photos to CaFÉ are clearly described on their website.
ENTRIES & FEES - Entry fee is $20. All work must be for sale. Payment is made through Cafe via credit card. Fees are non-refundable. This is a member only exhibition. To join SCWCA, go to www.nationalwca.org. Be sure to select CAS as the chapter.
HANGING - All hanging artwork must have WIRE and hanging hardware suitable for the size and weight of the piece. NO saw-tooth or clips. Plexiglass MUST be used on framed artwork. No glass. All artwork MUST be prepared to hang. ARTWORK NOT READY FOR HANGING WILL NOT BE EXHIBITED and returned to the artist.
SALES and INSURANCE - All work must be for sale. All sales will be handled on site. 80% to artists 20% to the SCWCA Community Fund. Sales are immediate with the buyer taking their purchased artwork with them. No insurance is provided. Artists are advised to insure their artwork.
DELIVERY - Artists MUST hand deliver (NO SHIPPING) their work on Friday, May 15 at 10am to Beverly Gardens Park on Santa Monica Boulevard, SCWCA Booth #2 between Beverly Drive and Canon Drive. We recommend carpooling or coordinating drop-off and pick up with other SCWCA artists.
VOLUNTEERS - Several volunteers will be needed to staff our booth on Saturday, May 16 and Sunday, May 17. Morning shifts are 9:45am-2pm. Afternoon shifts are 2pm-6pm. On Sunday, May 17, after you pick-up your work at 6pm, we ask that you stay to help with pick up and closing down our booth.
SECURITY - Beverly Hills Art Show will provide security on-site throughout the entire weekend. SCWCA will secure our booth to the best of our ability with tarps hiding artwork from view when the show is not taking place. No insurance is provided. Artists are advised to insure their artwork.
PROMOTION OF THE EXHIBIT - SCWCA and Beverly Hills Art Show may use images of artwork for publicity purposes. Artists agree to allow reproduction of their digital files and/or photographs taken of their art for educational, publicity and archival purposes. Promotion will be handled by SCWCA, however we do encourage artists to promote and share the exhibit as well.
